Each day starts with the “daily cup.” Everyday. This is coffee with almond milk. Delish. I tried to cut back on my caffeine. I did ok, I am down to 2 cups in the morning. That’s the best I can do and it’s an improvement. I used to drink 3 or 4 cups a day. The last time I went off of caffeine was when I was pregnant 18 years ago and it made me feel not great. If I do try it again it will have to be a slow and gradual process. I do have a really good option when for when I am ready.
This is what I ate for lunch. Corn Chowder. Oh my. It was so good. Made with cashew’s. It was really nice.
~Lastly,here is my dinner. Bacon,lettuce and tomato. You will not believe it if I told you what the “bacon” is. Try to guess. Ok, I will just tell you. Eggplant. Dehydrated for hours. Seriously it did taste like bacon. On Ezekiel 4:9 bread. It was awesome!
This is just a sample of my meals for one day. Every morning starts with a smoothie and snacks of seasonal fruit. I have never felt better. There are so many reason’s to consider a cleanse. The reason I choose to cleanse was to obtain clarity and to cleanse my body from the inside out. I want to eat food that will nourish my body, not make me sick. I don’t want my food choices to be the cause of any physical pain and disease. The goal is to gradually add back different food to determine what works and what doesn’t work for me. The funny thing is that what works for me might be totally opposite of what works for you.
